Then set up a skype connection for the villagers, keep in touch with them and listen to their concerns regularly. That is how you prevent conflict from happening, he says, by being more attune with the daily struggles of your fellow human beings. Poverty, he asserts, is in 80% of cases the main reason for conflict.
